2. Age & Content Disclaimer

• All models depicted in artwork and photographs are over 18 years old and have given permission for their likeness to be used.

3. Products & Sales

Digital Products

• Digital downloads and any related materials, are for personal use only.

• They may not be redistributed, resold, or shared publicly.

• Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

• Disclaimer: These materials are intended for inspiration and entertainment purposes only. They are not medical, legal, or psychological advice, and are not a substitute for professional treatment. By purchasing, you agree to use them responsibly.

Physical Products

• Prints, stickers, and other physical items are sold for personal enjoyment only.

• No reproduction, resale, or duplication is permitted without consent.

• Shipping timelines are estimates; Meadow Intuitive Arts LLC is not responsible for delays once items are in the hands of carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.).

4. Services & Commissions

Meadow Intuitive Arts LLC offers custom art commissions and body painting sessions. By booking, you agree to the following:

• A non-refundable deposit may be required.

• Remaining balance is due on completion or day of service.

• For body painting: all sessions are consensual, professional, and intended as creative expression. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in cancellation without refund.

• The artist retains creative and licensing control, though client input and privacy is valued.

• Completed works may be used in the artist’s portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

5. Refunds & Returns

• Digital products: non-refundable.

• Physical products: returns accepted only if damaged or defective upon arrival; must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

• Services: deposits are non-refundable. Refunds on completed work or sessions are at the artist’s discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Meadow Intuitive Arts LLC is not liable for misuse of products.

• For body painting: paints are cosmetic-grade and skin-safe, but the artist is not responsible for allergic reactions. Clients must disclose allergies in advance.

• The website and services are provided “as is.” No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free use is made.

7. Privacy Policy

• Customer data (name, email, address) is collected only for processing orders and communication.

• Information is never sold to third parties.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Deschutes County, Oregon, USA.
